Terms of use

Quiver ApS provides demand planning and inventory optimisation services to business customers.

Your organisation's signed agreement with Quiver, including its agreed additions and applicable data processing terms, governs your use of the service. This page summarises how access works and does not replace or amend that agreement. If there is a conflict, the signed agreement takes precedence.

Authorised use

Use Quiver only on behalf of an organisation with an active agreement and within the access granted to you. Keep your login details secure and report suspected unauthorised access through your Quiver administrator or in-system support.

Connected tools

Quiver's MCP connection lets an AI assistant retrieve data available to your Quiver account. Connecting an assistant does not expand your permissions or change your organisation's subscription. The assistant provider's own terms apply to its service.

Review forecasts, calculations, and AI responses before making business decisions.

Your agreement

Pricing, billing, support, service levels, data ownership, liability, and termination remain as agreed with your organisation. Updating this page does not change those agreed terms.
