Privacy policy
Your organisation's agreement and any applicable data processing agreement set out the arrangements for its customer data. This notice does not replace or amend those agreements.
Data we use
We process account and business contact details, such as your name, work email, organisation, and access permissions; information you send when requesting support; and usage and diagnostic data about the service.
Quiver also processes the planning and operational data your organisation makes available, such as products, inventory, forecasts, and orders. That data may contain personal data.
Why we use it
We use this information to provide the agreed service, manage accounts and permissions, answer support requests, and monitor, secure, and improve Quiver. Customer data is handled under the applicable customer agreement and data processing instructions.
Who receives it
Quiver staff and providers supporting hosting, service operations, analytics, and customer support process information needed for those purposes, under the applicable arrangements.
If you connect an AI assistant, Quiver sends the results of authorised tool requests to that assistant. Results may contain your organisation's data. Tool descriptions may include workspace configuration, such as planning group names and currencies.
Where enabled, Quiver uses PostHog for MCP diagnostics. These records can include account and workspace identifiers, tool inputs and results, and errors. The provider of the AI assistant you choose, such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot, handles information it receives under its own terms, privacy policy, and your organisation's settings.
Retention and your choices
For retention, return, and deletion of customer data, refer to your organisation's agreement and applicable data processing terms. For information about retention of account, support, or diagnostic records, contact hello@quiver.dk.
For requests about data your organisation controls, contact its administrator. For questions about personal data Quiver handles, or a request for access, correction, or deletion, email hello@quiver.dk. Available actions depend on the data involved and applicable requirements.
You can disconnect an AI assistant through that assistant's connection settings. Disconnecting stops its access through that connection; it does not erase information already received by the assistant provider.
